Dear reader,
Memorial books are signed by those closest to us, we prepare for the last week of the efterskole year and relive the whole efterskole life one last time. The last time is utilised with activities and big hugs for each other. You can read all about this in this newsletter and how we spend our last time at efterskolen before we have a week full of events ahead and finally the traditional graduation ceremony.
This Saturday we are celebrating our 20th anniversary at Ranum Efterskole College! We look forward to seeing everyone who has signed up for the day!

Memories for life
It doesn't matter if a cold wind blows past Ranum on a summer evening when we can cosy up inside and make the most beautiful memory books to capture an unforgettable year! Many of us students spend our evenings personalising our memory books and filling them with greetings from our best friends and stories to remember!

But of course, when the weather is nice, you have to enjoy it all the way to the top! That's what we did on Thursday morning when we went to Klatreparken Aalborg with a large group of students who were up for a few challenges in the heights!
Preparing for the Dream Festival
We're fast approaching the final week of term at Ranum Efterskole College, which will be rounded off with a great festival! To end the year, we're organising the big Dream Festival with a main stage, tent space for students, beach bar, food court, after party tent and much more. This year's artists are: Icekiid (headliner), Selmani (from X-Factor), Bingo Boys and some seriously cool DJs! We can't wait!!! And together with the students, we'll make sure the Dream Festival is one of the biggest highlights of the year!
Canoe trip in Vilsted Lake
We really enjoy any activity that takes place out on the water. Whether it's wakeboarding, surfing, diving, sailing, or in this case canoeing. We always have students who are keen to explore both big and small waters. And this time it was our neighbouring Vilsted Lake that was visited by our wonderful efterskole students and their cool spirit!
Up close and personal with Greenfingers
We are so excited about our Greenfingers Project and the people behind it! Thanks to them, we can have the furriest animals living side by side with our efterskolen students. Check out these lovely pictures we took of our fluffy friends!
Headmaster's column
Dear reader,
Students and staff are now really feeling that we are approaching the end of a fantastic school year. We are running hard to get the last community experiences in. In the coming week we have Outrouge with a community and play day in Fårup Sommerland on Monday, House Cup on Tuesday and Homecoming for teachers on Wednesday, as well as emptying classrooms and rooms, and REC Sct. Hans bonfire on Thursday evening and then we are ready for the grand finale with Dream Festival on Friday and graduation on Saturday at 11.00.
Tomorrow, Saturday, we will also celebrate the school's 20th anniversary together with guests from the school community, former and current students and staff. We're really looking forward to it, and we also have butterflies in our stomachs, because it's the first time we've organised such a celebration and invited so many people. Current students will attend the last student party on the Saturday after the anniversary assembly, students from the last year will hold their REC-Union festival in Næsby and then there will be a pick-up dinner for parents who are able to attend on Sunday from 16-19.
