The trip
The trip to Texas with esports goes to Arlington. In Arlington, there are plenty of opportunities to experience the world of esports. We will see North America's largest dedicated esports arena, where various esports events are held. In addition, we will practice the communication part of esports by going to escaperooms, where especially good communication is important. We will try out VR headsets and test what it is like to control a firearm ourselves when playing laser games. There were also gamers in the old days, they played on arcade machines, so we will test that too.
In addition to these gaming experiences, we'll also take a closer look at Texas culture.
The Lessons
The goal with eSport at Ranum is to make sure the entire team develops compared to the starting point and that everyone gets better, both individually and as a team player. You will learn to make a plan and stick to it. But you will also learn to make a new plan on the go, in case everything is a mess. Everyone will try different roles. Who is the best teamleader? Who is the best sniper? Who is the best strategist? If everything looks bleak, a giant leap in the development is all the more likely.

"Entry is prohibited for travellers who have not been fully vaccinated, with limited exceptions.
If you are fully vaccinated AND have either tested negative for COVID-19 or can show proof of having had COVID and recovered within 90 days (both proof of positive test and letter from doctor or health authority), you can fly to the US provided you have a valid ESTA or a valid visa.
