Dear reader,
It started a year ago. We met for real for the first time and it was all new and exciting but a bit scary, and you had left home. Far away from home. Suddenly you find yourself in the middle of a huge crowd of new people. In Ranum. Of all places. But what a place you've turned it into. It's hard to put into words the journey that has brought us to this point, where we must say our final goodbyes. The thought of what we've experienced together is overwhelming.
All that's left is to take a look at the outrougen. And one last thank you. Thank you for bringing Ranum to life. Keep the screw in the water and the wind in your sails. When it all comes to an end, I'm sure you'll realise how lucky you are to have met people who are so hard to say goodbye to.

Contact group hug
The contact groups met for the last time. Some groups read out letters they had written the first time they met. What was expected? What were your main wishes for the school year? That retrospective was a very special experience because it becomes clear how much you have developed and how much you have been through. Together with your friends and as an individual.
The contact groups contribute greatly to strengthening the sense of community in the school. They provide a space for voicing concerns and forging close bonds. This has certainly been the case this year, which is why the last meeting was also a hard milestone to hit.
Terrific in Fårup
Fårup Sommerland is undoubtedly one of the nicest places to visit in summer. It was nice to escape a bit from the heavy easy-going atmosphere that enveloped the school. Amidst the cleaning and tidying and the certainty of an early last goodbye, we had a lovely trip with great weather.
Awesome award show
A group of students organised a humorous look back at the year with an award show that got the roof lifting in the common room. Couple of the year, slacker, group, gossip, room and a whole lot more were voted for, and any teacher would give anything for the same enthusiasm shown here.
The show was recorded, so of course you can judge the mood for yourself - and find out who the Teacher of the Year was. (Hint: he/she was also elected last year).
Glamorous gala
We had a fantastic and glamorous gala last Thursday. The best lancers in the history of the school were danced by the most beautiful young people. The kitchen had prepared a three course menu (for 500 people!) and it was a huge achievement! A huge well done to everyone who helped make the evening so special and memorable. It was a day that took us through the whole emotional spectrum - from laughter to tears.

Hooray for House Cup winners
Although the competition was incredibly close this year, it was Semi/Lien who took the win - and who could therefore claim the trophy and take it home until next year. The disciplines were very diverse - everything from dad jokes to tug of war.
