On 27 September 2026, from 10.00 to 17.00, Ranum Efterskole College invites you to Efterskole Day. Here, you can experience one of Denmark’s most international efterskole schools, centrally located in North Jutland. The day will feature exciting guided tours, international experiences, music, dance and the chance to find out about the school’s unique specialised subjects, the Cambridge programme and our efterskole trips.
Programme for Efterskolernes Day, September 2026
10-11am: International buffet breakfast in the dining room.
10-17: Students show around the school and talk about efterskole Life, profile subjects, cultural subjects and efterskole Travelling.
At 10.30, 12.30, 14.30 & 16.00: Presentation on efterskole life at Ranum, hosted by the headmaster in the Banquet Hall.
11:00-14:00: The World Kitchen serves lunch in the square.
At 12.00, 13.00, 15.00 & 16.30: Presentation on the International Cambridge Programme programme in the Guldhornssalen.
10.15, 11.15, 12.15, 13.15, 14.15 & 15.15: The music team entertains in the music room.
10.30, 11.30, 12.30, 13.30, 14.15 & 15.30: Experience a dance performance in the square.
10.45, 11.45, 12.45, 13.45, 14.45 & 15.45: Presentation on Coral Restoration in the Coral Lab.
14:00-17:00: End the day with sweet temptations from Det Søde Køkken on Torvet.
